Server Rules

These rules apply to every player on mercsmp.xyz and to every purchase made through this store. Breaking them can lead to a mute, kick, temporary ban or permanent ban without a refund.
1. Fair Play
- No hacked clients, X-ray, kill aura, reach, auto-clickers or any combat macros.
- No abusing bugs, duplication glitches or unintended server behaviour — report them instead.
- No alt accounts used to farm rewards, votes, crates or economy money.
- AFK farming with movement macros is not allowed.
2. Community Behaviour
- No harassment, hate speech, racism, threats or doxxing in chat or private messages.
- No spam, excessive caps, advertising other servers or unsolicited DMs.
- Keep chat in a language staff can moderate; keep drama out of public channels.
- Impersonating staff or other players is prohibited.
3. Griefing & Economy
- No griefing, stealing or trap-building in claimed or clearly owned areas of the Economy SMP.
- Real-money trading of in-game items outside this store is not allowed.
- Scamming other players in trades or auctions results in a ban and loss of balance.
- CrystalPvP arenas are full PvP zones — losses there are never refunded.
4. Purchases
- Purchased ranks and items are personal and cannot be transferred between accounts.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes lead to an immediate permanent ban.
- Perks may be rebalanced, renamed or replaced as the server updates.
- Season-limited items are removed when the season resets, as stated on the product.
Staff decisions are final. If you believe a punishment was a mistake, appeal through our official community channels.
