By using the MercSMP Store or playing on mercsmp.xyz you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase anything or connect to the server.
1. Your account
- You sign in with your Minecraft username only. You are responsible for entering it correctly.
- You must own the Minecraft account you enter; buying for someone else is at your own risk.
- Accounts and purchased perks may not be sold, shared or transferred.
2. Digital products
- All products are virtual items with no real-world monetary value.
- A purchase is a voluntary contribution that unlocks in-game perks; it is not ownership of any asset.
- Perks, prices and contents may change at any time as the server evolves.
- Delivery is automatic to the username on your account, usually within a few minutes.
3. Payments
- Prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include any applicable processing fees.
- Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never store your card or wallet details.
- Fraudulent payments are cancelled and result in a permanent ban.
4. Conduct and termination
- Breaking the server rules may result in the loss of your perks without a refund.
- We may suspend or terminate access to the store or server at our discretion.
- The server is provided as-is with no guarantee of uptime, data retention or season length.
